Penalties for people whose acts disrupting the order of elections

According to provisions of Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, any person who commits the acts of disrupting the order of elections conducted according to law shall be given a warning or imposed on a fine of not more than 200 Yuan; if the circumstances are serious, a detention of not less than five days but not more than ten days will be imposed on, and in addition a fine of not more than 500 Yuan may be imposed on.
