Penalties for making noise to interfere with the normal life of other people

According to provisions of Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, any person who in violation of the regulations on preventing and controlling of noise pollution in social life, makes noise and interferes with the normal life of other people, shall be given a warning; if he does not correct his action after the warning, a fine of not less than 200 Yuan but not more than 500 Yuan shall be imposed on.
