Penalties for driving the motor vehicle of another person

According to provisions of Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, any person who drives the motor vehicle of another person without permission shall be imposed on a fine of not less than 500 Yuan but not more than 1,000 Yuan; and if the circumstances are serious, a detention of not less than ten days but not more than fifteen days and in addition a fine of not less than 500 Yuan but not more than 1,000 Yuan shall be imposed on.
