Ministry launches program to support young workers in grassroots roles for Spring Festival
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security has recently launched a program to visit and provide support to young people involved in education, agriculture, healthcare, and village revitalization at the grassroots level for the upcoming Spring Festival holiday, which will fall in mid-February.
The ministry has gathered and listened to suggestions from these young people, particularly those working in remote areas with challenging conditions, and has assisted them in addressing life and work-related issues, according to a release by the ministry on Monday.
Figures from the ministry show that the nation has enrolled 42,500 college graduates to take grassroots positions in sectors such as education, agriculture, healthcare, and rural revitalization in 2025. These graduates have played active roles in revitalizing the rural economy and improving grassroots governance capabilities.
