Kuwait puts high premium on MoU with China

Kuwaiti Ambassador to China Jasem Ibrahem Al-Najem said the new Kuwaiti government has established a committee under the prime minister to follow the seven MoU on large-scale construction projects signed during Kuwaiti Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah's visit to Hangzhou last September. "It's a rare thing to happen, which means Kuwait is actually focused on implementing those MoU," he said.
