Countries with no universal suffrage shouldn't judge HK electoral system

Some Western countries, including the US and the UK, are in no position to judge Hong Kong's electoral system, as these countries, which are ill-informed about Hong Kong's actual situation on the ground, don't have universal suffrage themselves, said Alan Hoo Hong-ching, senior counsel and the chairman of the Basic Law Institute.
