Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor said in a Friday statement that her administration will spare no efforts in reflecting the views of different sectors of the Hong Kong community, with a view to assisting the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPCSC) to amend relevant laws to improve the city’s electoral system.
