So what impressed me the most is how the economy developed during the past five years. We are talking about an annual growth of 7.1 percent. The social measures in terms of poverty alleviation and social security are good and productive steps from what I can conclude out of the figures provided. Efforts to decrease the load of administrative works for entrepreneurs and enterprises is something Mauritius is trying to do and I see that China is improving a lot on that.

The economic growth I would say is a success.
