A mountain top in Xinmi in China's Henan province was the setting Wednesday for 10 women practicing their yoga routine.

Despite the dangerous cliffs where they practiced yoga, the women performed every difficult gesture calmly.

"Spring has come. People should take a walk outside and exercise after a whole winter indoors, " said Meng Sen, president of a dance school in Zhenzhou in Henan.

Meng said practicing yoga is something that no one should be afraid to try.
