Buddhist Meditation. The monks sit in the Buddhist temple as a daily routine for "Zen meditation". Zen meditation is also called "sit in meditation" or "sit incense", which is a way of cultivation to clarify the mind and sort out the undesirable thoughts toward enlightenment.
