China Railway's transport revenue up

China State Railway Group Co Ltd (China Railway) said its annual transport revenue reached 1.0204 trillion yuan ($145 billion) in 2025, exceeding 1 trillion yuan for the first time, a year-on-year increase of 3.1 percent.

Yuan strengthens against greenback

The central parity rate of the yuan strengthened 57 pips to 7.0173 against the US dollar on Tuesday, according to the China Foreign Exchange Trade System.
