The 12th Beijing Xiangshan Forum opened on Thursday morning in Beijing. Chinese Defense Minister Dong Jun attended the event and delivered a keynote speech.
Under the theme "Upholding International Order and Promoting Peaceful Development", the forum has brought together official delegations from more than 100 countries, regions and international organizations, as well as experts, scholars and observers, to discuss peace and security issues and explore solutions to conflicts.
