Over 200 delegates gathered in Tianjin to boost sustainable development, cultural exchanges and digital cooperation among SCO countries at the 2025 Inter-Civilizational Dialogue on Wednesday. Sohail Khan, deputy secretary-general of the SCO, expressed appreciation for China's efforts in promoting civilizational exchange within the organization.
