Chinese premier chairs State Council executive meeting

BEIJING -- Chinese Premier Li Qiang on Friday presided over a State Council executive meeting to hear a report on the work of administrative reconsideration.
The meeting also deliberated and adopted the opinions on expanding cross-border e-commerce exports and advancing the construction of overseas warehouses.
