Qatari researcher says Horgos showcases China's openness

Ezzeddine Abdelmoula, manager of research of Al Jazeera Centre for Studies in Qatar, visited Horgos, a city on the China-Kazakhstan border in the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region. He said the city is a showcase of China's opening up to the world and a hub of connectivity on Belt and Road Initiative.
