BEIJING -- The State Council, China's cabinet, announced the appointment and removal of officials Friday.
Pu Chun was appointed deputy head of the State Administration for Market Regulation.
Zhu Haili was appointed vice president of Xinhua News Agency.
Liu Huanxin was removed from the post of vice minister of agriculture and rural affairs and appointed head of the National Rural Revitalization Administration, replacing Wang Zhengpu.
Jin Li was appointed president of Fudan University, replacing Xu Ningsheng.
