Shanghai hospital reports an abnormal result of nucleic acid test

The information office of the Shanghai government on Wednesday announced that the nucleic acid test result of an individual working in the Shanghai Songjiang District Central Hospital has turned out to be abnormal.
The test was performed on the same day the hospital conducted routine testing of its staff as part of COVID-19 prevention measures.
Screening and investigations of relevant individuals and venues are underway, the hospital said.
