BEIJING - China's State Council announced the appointment and removal of officials Friday.
Rao Quan was appointed vice-minister of culture and tourism.
Yao Laiying and Wang Daoshu were named deputy heads of the State Taxation Administration.
Yu Chunsheng was removed from the post of deputy head of the State Taxation Administration.
