BEIJING -- President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, on Monday sent a congratulatory letter to the China-Arab States Political Parties Dialogue Extraordinary Meeting.
The three-day meeting, held through video link, opened Monday evening.
