Waterspout spotted in Hong Kong

A waterspout was spotted at Chep Lap Kok, Hong Kong Monday morning, the city's Observatory reported.
It was sighted near the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. A fast rotating column of air (made visible by water droplets in a cloud) extending from a water surface below to a cloud above, a waterspout is essentially an aquatic tornado.
