Once a flight lands, special customer service staff will be sent to find passengers at the door and guide them to a designated shuttle bus, where staff from the airport emergency center take their temperature. In case of fever, a passenger will be transferred to the isolation site.
Since Feb 29 passengers departing for Beijing are required to fill in the China civil aviation registration card of passenger information for domestic flights. Staffs can help passengers fill in the card and strictly check and collect it at the boarding gate.
