State Council appoints, removes officials

BEIJING - The State Council, China's cabinet, announced the appointment and removal of several officials Friday.
Zhang Hanhui was appointed vice foreign minister, and Liu Xianfa was appointed assistant foreign minister.
Li Huilai was removed from the post of assistant foreign minister, and Gu Zhaoxi no longer serves as vice minister of civil affairs.
