Ice and snow festival to kick off in Hebei

An ice and snow festival with different themes will be launched on Sunday at Mazhen town in Fengning Manchu autonomous county of Chengde city, Hebei province.
Bordering Inner Mongolia autonomous region, the town is known in the province as a popular tourism spot thanks to its cool summer and cold winter.
The festival will last until Feb 28, during which a series of activities, including ice and snow sculptures exhibition, and skiing and skating events, will be held.
