Chen Run'er elected Henan governor

ZHENGZHOU - Chen Run'er was elected governor of Central China's Henan province at a session of the provincial legislature Tuesday.
The election was held at the first session of the 13th Henan Provincial People's Congress.
Chen is a native of Chaling of Central China's Hunan province.
