10 missing after ship sinks off Shanghai coast

Ten people are missing and three rescued after a cargo ship sank off the Shanghai coast at Tuesday midnight. The rescue operation is ongoing.
Changping, a ship loaded with 5,000 metric tons of steel, collided with another cargo ship Xinwang 138 while unmooring in Wusongkou at 11:39 pm on Tuesday, according to the city’s maritime search and rescue center.
Three sailors were rescued at 0:49 am Wednesday while the remaining 10 were still missing as of 9 am.
One helicopter and 13 ships are involved in the search.
The Changping has been located by three rescue vessels and divers are waiting for currents to slow before conducting an underwater search.
