Man lives in cave to save for his family

Chinese people admire those who sacrifice themselves for their family, but one man really went above and beyond to save money for his family.

Shi Zhiyong, 35, who works as a loader in a logistics company, lives in a natural cave without doors or windows, to save the 100 yuan ($16) he would have spent on rent for his family, in Jinan, East China's Shandong province,dfic.cn reported on Monday.

Shi mails almost all of his 3,000 yuan monthly wage to his family, who thinks he lives in a hotel, said the report.
