Two ownerless Tibetan mastiffs were brought under control by more than 60 security staff before attacking four people in a residential community in Shijiazhuang, North China on Wednesday, Hebei Youth Daily reported. The police fired rifles to frighten the dogs while others beat the animals using sticks or spades.
