Residents on the 5th floor of an apartment community in Changchun, capital of Jilin province have found a good place to hang out their clothes: a spacious high area with perfect ventilation and sunshine.
They use a wheel to send and retract the clothes, but it remains a mystery how they tied the clothesline to the chimney stack.
