Chicago controlled the first half but let their lead slip in the fourth quarter and needed a come-from-behind drive to send the game into the extra session.

Kicker Robbie Gould tied the game in regulation with a 28-yard, last-second field goal and clinched the win with a 35-yard attempt minutes later.

Each team came into the game with a 7-6 record and three regular season match-ups left in the drive for the playoffs.
