London - England midfielder David Beckham has regained top spot on the list of the world's highest-paid players issued every year by France Football magazine.

The Los Angeles Galaxy player, who lost first place to Ronaldinho the last two years, moved back above the Brazilian with an annual revenue of 31 million euros ($48.8 million), according to the French journal.

Barcelona's Ronaldinho is second on 24.1 million euros, closely followed by Argentine team mate Lionel Messi on 23 million.
