Liangjiang-based online installment payment platform, Le Shoufu, received an investment from Beijing Jingbei Investment Management Company, according to the Liangjiang administration committee.

It's the first time that a Chongqing-based company has received investment from Beijing Jingbei Investment Management Company. The investment is expected to benefit Liangjiang's Internet finance industry.

Le Shoufu is the first online rent payment platform in China's Southwest region. To solve the problem of landlords having to pay house decoration costs upfront, Le Shoufu offers financial services to carry out such works.

"We hope that standard decoration can be bundled with the finance installment service to help landlords reduce investment requirements," said Wei Xulong, CEO of Le Shoufu.
