Yufu Industrial Park (YFIP) of Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing municipality, started trunk road construction recently. Fuhong Avenue, with a total investment of nearly 400 million yuan ($65.11 million), measures 5,829 meters in length.

The urban trunk road is 2,919 meters long with a projected speed of 40 km/h. The secondary trunk road is 2,910 meters long with a projected speed of 60 km/h.

As part of the road network in YFIP, the finished Fuhong Avenue is expected to play an important role in enhancing road connections between three major bases and various centers, tapping the potential land value, accelerating development and opening up the park.

YFIP will speed up the construction of supporting facilities, including various infrastructures such as roads, railways, waterworks and power substations, hospitals and residences. The government will also promote the utilization of the port, schools, the police station and the youth center in the park.
