Three cities pool ideas on vocational education

The 3rd Yellow River Triangle Vocational Education Group Forum opened in Sanmenxia, Henan province on June 13.
Leaders and experts from over 20 schools in Henan, Shanxi, and Shaanxi provinces attended the three-day forum, exchanging opinions on reform and innovation in ideological and political education.
Hosted by the Yellow River Triangle Vocational Education Group, the forum has played an important role in pooling educational resources and providing intellectual support for sustainable development of the region's economy.
Jia Shujun, director of Sanmenxia's organization department, briefed participants about the development of vocational education in Sanmenxia, including the Sanmenxia Polytechnic College, Sanmenxia Social Administration Vocational College and College of Applied engineering, Henan University of Science and Technology.
The forum offers a great opportunity to learn from experts nationwide. Members should seize the chance to perfect our education system, Jia added.
The golden triangle area consists of the neighboring parts of Shanxi, Shaanxi and Henan provinces on both sides of the Yellow River.
