Wensi Tofu

Wensi Tofu, named after its inventor, is a traditional famous dish in Huaiyang region, which dates back to the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). It was a famous dish in the palace of Qing Dynasty.
A square tofu is cut into more 5000 shreds. It is a typical work of knife skill.
