A total of 105 key construction projects started in Jingwei Metro Weapons Industrial Base in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, with?a total investment of 73.2 billion yuan, on March 6th.

According to Lei Yingjie, the 105 key construction projects covered four major areas, including industry, service, people's livelihood and infrastructure. The projects involved 48 industrial projects with a total investment of 19.9 billion yuan, which take TFT color liquid crystal display material project as the representation, 39 service projects with a total investment of 45.6 billion yuan, 13 livelihood projects with a total investment of 6.4 billion yuan, and 5 infrastructure projects with a total investment of 1.26 billion yuan.

These projects will improve the industrial development and people's living standard in Xi'an, according to Lei.
