Large Medium SmallCentral Academy of Fine Arts professor Hong Ling's solo exhibition of oil landscapes is being held at Today Art Museum.
The exhibition presents Hong's huge oil works, which show a strong influence of traditional Chinese ink paintings.
Hong splits his time between Beijing, where he teaches, and his mountainside courtyard in Anhui province.
"(Hong) ventures to integrate Eastern aesthetics and Western techniques to create unrealistic landscapes that reflect his philosophy," curator Yin Shuangxi says.
