Pengzhou is a county-level city in Sichuan province, southwest China. Like other regions around the area, it was badly affected by the 8.0-magnititude earthquake in 2008. Under the aid-partnership plan, Fujian province in east China paired up with Pengzhou to help it speed up the restoration and reconstruction. [Photo by Chen Xiangzhao]
