Ji Tongshi graduated from Qingdao University majoring in computer science. He is now the general manager of Jintong Computer Company. He took part in the First Qingdao Citizen Sailing Regatta and sailed from Fukuoka in Japan to Qingdao by boat with his friends. He also competed in the China-Japan-South Korea Sailing Regatta and won fourth place.
