Man sets new record for standing in ice for 112 mins

Chen Kecai, a 43-year-old swimming-lover breaks the World Guinness Record for staying in ice cubes half naked for 112 minutes, beating the previous record by two minutes. During the 112 minutes, Chen's blood pressure raised to an abnormally high level and doctors tried to persuade him to give up, yet, he insisted, saying "as long as my ears don't drop, I can hold on..." Chen, from Mudanjiang, northeast China's Heilongjiang province, is now reputed as "Magic Ice-man in Mudanjiang".[Photo/CFP]
