What can we do to tackle Beijing air pollution?

Make it a law that all vehicle manufacturers in China meet the emission standard, especially foreign cars from Japan, Korea, Germany and France. The German VW car company faked the emission standard in America and was fined billions of dollars. China must do the same and fine car manufacturers for giving false emission data.
