If I buy something at shopping malls, I can complain to sellers or someone else, but it will be so difficult to ask those overseas purchasers to take the responsibility for your complaint. I have bought a shirt through a famous Chinese overseas purchasing website and when I found there was something wrong with the shirt, the service people of the website told me that it would take me about 15days to return the shoddy goods!
