China will continue to excel. There's the obvious factor that they have four times as many people as us (America) that will contribute to this, but they've been making long-term investments for being the future world leader, while America has been living in the past. They built the Three Gorges Dam, supplying 20 gigawatts of clean power (enough energy for 60 million Chinese people). China's also putting up solar arrays as they are actually a very efficient means of collecting clean energy, and a good way to ensure their energy demands are secured for their future offspring. Anyway congrats China!
