Comment on "China urges Philippines to halt provocations" (China Daily, July 2)

I'm a Filipino and I agree that what the Philippine senator said is improper. War is not a solution to anything. There is no winner in any war. I have many Chinese friends and they all have gentle hearts. We all simply want to live in peace and love with our family and friends. Why can't the politicians solve the problems by talking and listening to each other?
