Two specialists from the West China Hospital of Sichuan University in Sichuan province began their year-long work in Karamay People's Hospital on Sept 14.

The two doctors, Zhou Yong, associate professor of gastrointestinal surgery, and Zhong Gang, associate professor of orthopedic surgery will be based in Karamay in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region to support local medical development for one year.
