The 2019 Liaoning fixed-point paragliding tournament Shenyang zone is held in Shenbei new district in Shenyang, Liaoning’s provincial capital, on Aug 4. It was hosted by the Liaoning aviation sports association, with the participation of more than 50 paragliders from around the province, including all the members from the aerocade of Shenyang Aerospace University.
