Shengjing Moulin Rouge is a large-scale production managed by Shenyang Performing Arts Group, showcasing culture and art from Shenyang.

It stages performances featuring local culture, including traditional Chinese operas, singing and dancing, acrobatics, bianlian (a traditional Chinese performance technique where the performer quickly switches their mask to become another character), and magic shows.

Shengjing Moulin Rouge is popular with both Shenyang residents and visitors.
