The Supreme People's Court issued a guideline at its news conference on Aug 1 which is expected to build a one-stop diversified dispute resolution mechanism and a one-stop litigation service center.

Hosted by SPC spokesman Li Guangyu, the news briefing was attended by Qian Xiaochen, presiding judge of the SPC’s Case Filing Tribunal, Jin Xuejun, vice-president of Beijing High People’s Court, Chu Hongjun, vice-president of Jiangsu High People’s Court and He Jianwei, vice-president of Zhejiang High People’s Court.

Specific measures to implement judicial reform on a diversified dispute resolution mechanism, a litigation institution and service system and case filing across different regions are included in the guideline.
