It is responsible for providing professional guidance to the inspection and supervision departments of lower courts; supervising the work of the SPC and its interior departments, including the implementation of laws, regulations, resolutions and disciplines; supervising both staff in the SPC and its directly affiliated institutions and leading groups within higher people’s courts; overseeing and investigating allegations of disciplinary violations by court staff in accordance with its supervisory authority; and dealing with the appeals of court staff against punishment for political discipline violations.
