Residents from Taiyuan and Jinzhong cities of North China's Shanxi province will be able to view four bronze animal head sculptures and gilded figures of Buddha at a 2016 exhibition of the Old Summer Palace's national treasures to be held at the end of April.

The exhibition will display four animal head sculptures that were looted from Beijing's Old Summer Palace in the 1860s as well as 68 gilded figures of Buddha from various dynasties.

The exhibition is scheduled for Jinzhong city from Apr 30-May 4 and for Taiyuan from May 6-10. The tickets are available free of charge by dialing +86 0351-878222.
