According to official figures, the Shanghai Sheshan National Tourist Resort in Shanghai's Songjiang district was extremely popular during the Spring Festival holiday.

From Jan 31 to Feb 6, the Sheshan National Forest Park, one of the scenic spots at the resort, received a total of 169,200 visitors, making it the most popular scenic spot in Songjiang during the holiday.

In addition, Shanghai Happy Valley, the Chenshan Botanical Garden and the Guangfulin Cultural Relics Park at the resort received 42,200, 43,100 and 93,900 visitors during the holiday, respectively.

Tourist attractions in the Shanghai Sheshan National Tourist Resort created a joyful environment with red decorations and numerous activities in honor of the Chinese New Year, which helped them gain popularity.
